Four Points By Sheraton Shanghai, Pudong Hotel, Shanghai

The hotel has a great location, close to the subway and Yangtze river, making it convenient for jogging and accessing major areas. The rooms are better than average but lack isolation, and the temperature can be a bit dry and hot at times. The service needs improvement, especially in handling room changes and offering amenities. Dining options may not be suitable for all guests, particularly vegetarians. The facilities are decent but could be enhanced.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were near a very nice shopping area and food mall, but unfortunately, they were very outdated. On the bright side, the Deluxe room I stayed in was much larger than at Four Point, but the price charged per night at Four Points was 52% higher than at Sheraton.

The location couldn't be better, right next to a metro station and close to various attractions. The dining options were suitable, although not outstanding. Overall, a great value for money with excellent facilities.
